My Job role at Amal is of managing a training session of 3 months long.
Fellowship Management & Training:
- Supporting with the logistics, preparations and successful execution of training classes.
- Help manage the Fellows during their Fellowship, ensuring that they are attending all sessions, completing their project works, etc
Fellowship Operations:
- Scheduling one-on-ones with Program Managers and providing support in preparation.
- Ensure that the team is logistically prepared (photocopies, session material, etc) for weekly sessions.
Fellowship Marketing & Interviews:
- Help with marketing and outreach efforts for the Amal Career Prep fellowship to receive enough applications
- Support in the shortlisting process, oversee the logistics of scheduling interviews, coordinate with team and conduct interviews - Help finalize the decisions of fellows, and selection of the fellowship batches
- Coordinate with the PM to send the offer letters, call the fellows, and coordinate the logistics to launch their respective batch successfully.
Khalq welfare society is a non-profit organization working under Khalq group of companies. It is running a welfare health clinic for poor patients. The clinic is named as S.F. Tufail Medical Centre.
My duties at this organization include as under:
- Co-ordination: Coordinating all office management issues.
- Supervision: Here I have responsibilities of supervision of my co-workers and sub ordinates.
- Communication: Responsible for proper communication inside and outside the organization.
- Record Keeping: Keeping and maintaining all record of all inventory and office files for audit purpose.
- Customer Service: Meeting hundreds of patients at daily basis to resolve their issues.
State Life Corporation is the life insurance company in Pakistan which is leading Pakistan’s life insurance
–Worked in five different departments of State life Corporation i.e New Business, Policy holder services, Claim Management, Accounts & Finance and Agency department.
–Explored how State Life Corporation hires their sales representative and how to promote them.
Team Work: Collaborated with 4 team members and worked in 5 different departments.
Underwriting: Assisted assistant underwriter in underwriting process.
Communication: Counseled 10 customers in a weak about policy regarding issues.
Claims Management: Facilitated the claims officer in complex claims
